should always carry water with you, so that dehydration is not an issue.
You will next need to find the best place for your run. Typically, you shouldn’t ever run
on the sidewalk, at least not until you build up your muscles. If you have a track near
your home, this could be a good option, but you might want to take someone with you,
which will help break up the monotony that comes from running in circles for any length
of time. Dirt paths, such as those found at many parks and walking trails, are the best

pain, which you may at first, ice packs can usually soothe the pain away, so that you will
be ready to run again the next day.
